Role:
• Design and lead the organisation’s media, communication and digital outreach strategy to enhance visibility, engagement and reach among target audiences.
• Develop and implement communication campaigns that strengthen the brand and effectively promote the organisation’s programmes, products and services.
• Plan and coordinate communication activities across departments, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Identify, develop and present compelling stories, content and campaigns for print, electronic, digital and social media platforms.
• Oversee and strengthen the organisation’s presence across social media, website, newsletters and other communication channels.
• Work closely with programme teams, partners and external agencies to ensure timely and impactful communication outputs.
• Explore and appropriately use AI-based tools to support communication, content creation, campaign planning, audience engagement, design, analytics and workflow efficiency, while ensuring accuracy, originality and ethical use.
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Design, Journalism or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear, engaging and audience-specific content.
• Strong working knowledge of graphic design tools, content creation platforms and relevant AI-based tools for communication and media.
• Ability to conceptualise, design and execute media campaigns to promote ideas, products, programmes and services.
• Good design and artistic sensibility, with a flair for branding, storytelling and campaign development.
• Strong understanding of social media management, website content, digital marketing and overall communication strategy.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content drafting, social media planning, image and video support, campaign analysis, audience targeting and productivity enhancement.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly and effectively, including reviewing, refining and validating outputs before use.
• Confident communicator and presenter, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills.
• Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in communication, media, branding, digital marketing or a related field. Experience in using AI-supported communication and design tools will be an added advantage.
